The entrepreneurial activities of the Shanti Group started when Mr.A.K.Venkatasamy, the Chairman of the Group, backed by solid experience in industrial electrification, started his private venture by name “Shanti Enterprises” in the year 1968. It subsequently, became Shanti Enterprises Electricals Pvt Ltd., a name to reckon with in the field of industrial and commercial electrification in south India. The small venture has now grown into 1000 million strong group.
